These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of this website, www.NovatechSolution.net (the "Site"), and the purchase of website design and development services (the "Services") from Novatech Solution ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Site or purchasing our Services, you ("client", "you") agree to these Terms.

We design and build websites for hair salons in the United States. Our current packages are:
Exact pages, features and delivery timelines for your project are confirmed in writing (email or WhatsApp) before work begins.
An order is confirmed once you select a package, provide the requested project details, and payment is received in full (or as otherwise agreed in writing). Prices are shown in USD and do not include the third-party domain registration fee (approximately $12/year), which you pay directly to the registrar in your own name; we deduct this amount from your package price.
Typical delivery is 5–10 business days from the date we receive all required materials (photos, service list, prices, copy). Delays in receiving materials from you will extend the delivery date accordingly. See our Shipping, Cancellation & Refund Policy for full details.
You are responsible for providing accurate content (text, images, pricing) and for owning or having the right to use any material you supply to us. You are responsible for maintaining your domain registration and any third-party accounts (e.g. Google Calendar, hosting) after the free period ends.
Once your project is paid in full, ownership of the final website design and code created specifically for you transfers to you. We retain the right to display the completed project in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing. Any third-party assets (fonts, stock libraries, plugins) remain subject to their own licenses.

We provide the Services with reasonable skill and care but do not guarantee specific business outcomes (e.g. booking volume, search rankings). To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant package.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any dispute will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation between the parties before further action is taken.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
